The temp meter slow to change but seem to work, however the moisture meter part is crazy. It may measure it correctly when you push it into the ground, but after a while it will just go dry. Even when it raining for 2 days.
Maybe it gets air between the sensor and the ground I don't know, but it doesn't work.

(More customer reviews)Recommended to me for a specific purpose by a professional nurseryman. It adheres to the cutting base so you know when it's in dirt there is some there. It worked better than another powdered product I've used for years. The two images I supplied shows a special tomato sucker, the parent was a 7.18# tomato... and worth making more than one plant. In 10 days I had a new plant, fastest rooting I've seen for this type of propagation. I'm trying it with other plant cuttings, so far it is doing much better than anything else I've tried. It seems pricy but the 100 ml bottle will go a long ways. Strongly recommend despite the price.

It is so worth the price, and in fact extremely reasonable compared to most of your tools for indoor Bonsai plants. It is all in a very nicely made and durable took holder, with extra pockets for other tools you may want to put in it. It has a cool, glass spray bottle, for misting. The tools are very well made with wooden handles. All of the tools are very well made also and should last you a very long time. Anyone with houseplants, especially compact ones such as Bonsai's will find this money well spent, rather than some of those more expensive kits, with no holder, and only a tool or two in them. I highly recommend this for novice as well as professional houseplant enthusiasts. It would also make a perfect gift for your houseplant lover also.

She clipped all the plants in my house, transplanted a few with the trowels, then stored all the tools back in the molded case to travel to school. There she is growing a variety of seedlings and caring for her roommates plants. I choose the molded case version over the tote bag because I thought that with all the moves she will face in the next few years the case would keep everything together. The clippers are sharp and the tools sturdy enough for an amateur indoor gardener. I combined this gift with a house plant book and it was a success. The trowels would not be sturdy enough to use in hard outdoor soil but that is not the intented use of this product.

It's adequate for starting plants from seed, but my main complaint is that for what you get, it's way too expensive. I believe a fair price for this item would be around $20, NOT $40. If you do decide to purchase a germination station like this one, buy the one with the taller top - it doesn't take long before the new plants start running into the 2" tall lid.

You must subscribe to the EasyBloom service ($2 per month or $19 per year) to get fertility readings, as well as a firmware upgrade.
You are informed of the subscription requirement AFTER you have let it take an initial set of readings, reconnect it to a computer, and upload your initial readings. After you subscribe to the fertility reading service and take another set of readings, reconnect to the computer, and try to view your fertility results, you are informed of a firmware upgrade that is necessary to get the readings!
So... after several days of attempts to get fertility readings, I hope to get this thing to do what it's advertised to do.
This seems like such a simple thing to fix. Tell the customer up-front that a subscription is required and a firmware update is required if you intend to use the fertility functionality of this tool.
Very Frustrating.

(More customer reviews)Can you imagine buying something, like this, to help you measure SOMETHING. I was very disappointed that ALL it did was give you "moisture," "bright," "warm." NO REAL NUMBERS! Than it gives you a list of plants for your "area" and a link, for some, to buy the plant/seeds - selling! So it does an awful job collecting data with no numbers ("warm," "intense [sunlight]]," "moist"[soil]). What is "bright"? What is "moist"? I could do this MYSELF just by looking and touching the ground! No Ph LEVEL!! They want MORE MONEY for "fertilizer" information. LOUSY and VERY disappointed. Don't waste you money. Just look out the window, touch the ground, and save your money especially when this device comes back with recommendation to "BUY" plants, seeds, and additional soil information on a monthly basis that should be included when you purchase it.
