They use a bath bomb recipe for this and nothing more that alittle citric acid pressed with baking soda. you have to use 2-3 times the recomended amount to giam the co2 levels they claim 1 tablet will produce, and it doenst last long. Ive been using forms of co2 for several years and this is the biggest dissapointment. If you like the concept, make your own for a fraction of the cost, and its very easy too.
