This arrived in 3 days in a box with heat warmers. I sent it to Chicago during the winter and it survived. It is literally a single twig about 10" tall. I will wait 18 months and see how it fares.

We searched the internet for info on Meyer lemon trees & good seller reviews. We live in Ohio so the dwarf lemon tree is a good size for our home. Due to great seller reviews, we decided to purchase this 5 gallon tree from Clifton's Nursery. We are very pleased with our purchase. Our tree came carefully packaged one year ago with 2 ripe lemons. We contacted the nursery for replanting & growing advice. They took the time to answer all of our questions & suggested we put the tree outside for the warm summer months. We did everything they suggested. Within 3 months, we had 8 lemons growing. It's now January, our tree is facing a south window, & we have 14 lemons! The blossoms give a wonderful aroma that friends have commented on when they enter our home.

Dwarf/Patio Meyer Lemon Tree Non Grafted Rooted Cutting Review

Yes, as other reviewers have said, it is small. I don't mind it being small as long as it will grow. I've had my two dwarf lemon trees for two months and am not seeing any new growth. I just fertilized it again so hopefully it will do something good soon! They are very healthy looking. I planted them in miracle gro cactus/citrus soil. With that being said, I have to water it almost everyday because it drains/absorbs quickly.
UPDATE: I put my lemon tree outside in my vegetable garden (still potted) because it is finally summer where I live. With it being outside with temperatures 60-95 degrees for the last two weeks, I have new leaf growth! About 9 different areas with several leaves shooting out.

Italian Lemon Tree Five Gallon Review

Italian Lemon Tree Five Gallon

My Santa Teresa dwarf lemon tree arrived from Cliftons Nursary, Califorina slightly sooner than expected. It looked tired from the trip and it lost many leaves while in transit, but it did have flowers and a few tiny lemons. It was all of 3 feet tall.
I carefully transplanted it in an 18 inch pot and have kept it watered well and lightly fertilized. Many new shoots have appeared and have grown 5 to 6 inches. All of the tiny lemons dropped probably due to the very hot weather in NY this July and many of the new leaves are curling. A couple of new flowers have appeared and formed into new tiny lemons and I'm hoping they won't drop.
I have a nice place to keep it over the winter. I expect someday to get a usuable lemon from it.

Meyer Lemon Tree One Gallon by Monrovia Growers Review

I received the tree about two months ago. Out of the box there were a couple of leaves that didn't survive the packing. In my original review I mentioned this problem and immediately received a message from John Dhanens, the owner and nursery manager of Clifton Farms offering his help to make sure that the tree pulls through and recovers from the trip. After a few weeks of settling in the tree is doing much better now and John sent along another message just to check on the tree and to make sure I was happy with the purchase.
I have to say, in this day, this type of customer service and follow up is very rare indeed. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about John and his desire to make things right. In his own words; "Being a little guy, my philosophy is to be in it for the long haul, building long term relationships with customers... Glad to hear the tree is doing better..."Clifton Nursery and John has a new supporter in me. I am very pleased with the whole purchase and follow through.
