(More customer reviews)These germinated very quickly and easily and grew into a compact plant about a foot and a half high. The fruit taste just like regular tomatoes (i.e. not particularly sweet) and are really cherry sized.
If you have a lot on your hands you can just do what I do with 'em: Toss them in a mixture of ground black pepper, minced garlic, onion, basil and olive oil and then sun dry them or dry them in a dehydrator. They turn out very crisp, yummy and bursting with flavour. Then they can be eaten as a snack or you can save them in a bottle to put on top of pizzas or toss into any Italian dish you're making.

(More customer reviews)Great quality, speedy delivery - however, same item can be found for far less at any major store. The circular part is attached to the AeroGarden trellis brackets (separate item, orderable from Amazon). The little clear plastic loop goes around the main stems/branches of any tall vegetable growing in your AeroGarden - like cherry tomatoes, green and snap beans, mini bell peppers and eggplants) to keep the stalk upright, so growth is upward and under light hood instead of laterally (as is their nature) so as to keep within range of the grow lights. The "reel" mechanism allows just the right amount of tension to hold the stalk upright while lengthening while the stalk grows.
HOWEVER, office and warehouse workers the world over know these same items as "badge reels", used to attach a security badge to clothing while allowing it to be held away from the body to swipe thru badge readers. Consequently, they can be found much cheaper (than the AeroGarden brand shown here) at any major office supply or hypermarket store (like Walmart).

(More customer reviews)The AeroGarden had been so fun to use, and the Salad Chef Pack is especially gratifying in that I can just pluck a few leaves and put it on a sandwich or make a small salad. The grandkids think this is just the best idea ever. I purchased the AeroGarden for my father who has been a gardener for years. He still loves the outdoor activity of his garden (at 92) but is having a good time with this as well. He shows his great granddaughters how it works, shows them when the plants start growing, has them help harvest, and makes tasty treats for them. Now, how much more fun could you want?

(More customer reviews)As long as you use this product right away, it's fine. I have used it on numerous outdoor and indoor plants with success. A word of warning: Do not mix up a batch of this and attempt to store it. The mixture will turn rancid within a week and at that point it smells like raw sewage. Whatever you mix up you need to use immediately.

(More customer reviews)it does take a moment to acclimate yourself to the directions that come with this tent. i recommend flipping the instructions upside-down so you can see how the frame is supposed to be constructed. great quality and accommodates quite a bit in its 4x4 space. 3 vents, 3 induction/exhaust sleeves. one drawback is mounting your light might take a board on top of the tent to support its full weight, as the ceiling as is does not have much support for lights.
easy one-person setup, great construction and materials, keeps light in and blocks light out.
Great deal for the price!!!
