(More customer reviews)I was very disappointed with the bonsai from Brussel"s. I ordered the plant as a gift for my niece who was opening a new office. She said that the plant was delivered to her in a very "sick" state. I immediately contacted Amazon to see what I could do to get my niece a new plant. They were very helpful and detailed in telling me what I needed to do to receive a replacement. Unfortunately, when the replacement plant arrived, my niece said that it was in worse shape than the first one!!!! She said that there were three leaves that were yellow; one was about to fall off. She tried to nurse it back to health, however, after she told me the condition it was in, I immediately contacted Amazon for a refund. Why spend money to buy a sick plant!!!

(More customer reviews)The bamboo arrived about 2 weeks after ordering, all intact and well packed. However, there were no instructions for caring of the bamboo. It is now almost a month since arriving and part of the bamboo stalk looks like it is dying and turning brown (part of the heart shape). I would buy more from this company if the shipping wasn't so costly (for the area where I live the shipping was about $10 and the product itself $15).

The bamboo arrived in time and all ten bamboo stalks were wrapped securely and arrived in good condition (green and healthy looking). The seller even enclosed instructions on how to care for the bamboo once it was unwrapped. This was a good purchase for a moderate price.

I have seen better specimens for half the price at the grocery store.

(More customer reviews)I had researched my purchase before deciding to order from this vendor. I ordered 20 stalks of "Lucky Bamboo" and plant food on Sunday evening. When I checked my email on Monday morning, I had a message giving me the shipping status of my order as well as a very well written series of suggestions on how to plant and care for the plants. The information matched every source I had previously read.
The plants arrived on time. They were packaged very well. The plants are amazing. They have great color, healthy leaves and very abundant roots. Smelling of the stalks at the roots, there is a very earthy "green" smell, that I'd read is one of the best indicators of health. The stalks are firm, and are all as long or longer than the inches promised in the ad.
I WILL buy any other "Lucky Bamboo" from Kun in the future.

Possibly the best thing about this transaction was the customer service. It is few and far between that you have such a caring and responsive online dealer, and I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase. When a hiccup occurred in the shipping, which turned out to be a mail carrier's error, KL Design was beyond helpful in finding solutions and getting the product to me on time. Have and will continue to spread the word, and definitely will be back for more purchases. Many thanks again!!
