(More customer reviews)Ordered topiaries from this outfit. When they arrived they were very poor quality. Would never put them in my home. Kindly requested the ability to send them back and was told by the company, that they did not allow any returns. Terrible service. Left negative review on the site and the company sent me a nasty e-mail threatening to SUE ME if I didn't remove it. When I looked for reviews on my purchase later, my review was removed (not sure how). Would NEVER recommend this company or this product to anyone! Better avoid them like the plague! Have reported them to Amazon and am waiting for reply.

Arrived very quickly, way before estimated delivery date. It does come in two pieces, put together like an artifical Christmas tree. It's easy, but there are no instructions in the box and when you first open it it looks damaged because of the two pieces.

(More customer reviews)I had put in a faux boxwood tree in a large iron urn on my front porch several years ago--after killing several live trees! It looked great, but lately the boxwood was looking less like a boxwood and more and more faux (downright fake looking!) I think the plastic was breaking down-it was raining little green scraps.
So I started looking for a replacement and I'm so glad I found this one--it looks amazing--even better than the boxwood did brand new. It looks so real! And no worries about North Carolina heat, humidity (or lately-snow!) Highly recommend!

These "anchor" the pots, vertically; then I plant shady annuals around them, in the summer and spring. In the fall, I remove the plants and add decorative seasonal items (corn, gourds, silk Christmas plants, etc.)

What happens when the lights quit working after a year or 2? Ours did and there is only one or 2 solutions. BUY A NEW TREE OR CUT THE OLD LIGHTS OUT!!! Believe me, after trying to cut the old lights out you will opt for buying a new tree!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

(More customer reviews)In the rush of Christmas, I ordered this combo to place in the sills of two large windows. I should have sent them back. During the time between ordering and delivery I found several of the same types of trees in Walmart, Michaels & Target at much better prices and no shipping charges. But I did not realize the quality of these trees would be so poor until they arrived; too late to return them. Very basic and all plastic, very cheaply constructed. I almost never write a review, but hopefully it's not too late to spare someone else the $89 I spent after shipping. If they cut the price in half, well maybe ... but shipping alone was $19, which was also much too much.

It was not 4' tall and was very sparse, with 2 shoots being empty..Saying that, I must say that the Customer Service Rep.(Angie) was more than accommodating...she helped me with the return process giving me a full refund. This company has great customer satisfaction and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Too bad that this particular product did not compare to the customer service.
