(More customer reviews)I got this product after having purchased other bonsai from this seller.
The tree does look good (it has lost some foliage, but this is normal after changing the environment for the tree).
However, there were two deep indentations on the trunk from careless wiring for shape. Furthermore, one of the wires had not been properly removed, so there was some of it left (rusted, big time) deep in the trunk.
It was a big disspointment, but nothing that can't be reversed (over a very long time).
