(More customer reviews)I can't understand why wall fans are so difficult (impossible?) to find in stores. If you need a fan in a cramped space, or just want to use your desk/shelf space for something else, you need a wall-mount fan. I have a small office, and this 12" fan was just what the doctor ordered. The person who wrote the fan was "wobbly" probably did not mount it properly. You need to read the directions for mounting, because the proper method for mounting is not intuitive. However, once mounted properly it is unusually solid and stable. I'm not sure if I would go so far as the reviewer who wrote that, once the fan was properly mounted, you could hang from it, but that's not far from the truth. This fan has an extra-long cord so you probably won't need to use an extension cord. I like the fact that it has a pull-string to instantly turn off the fan, regardless what speed it is on. It is reasonably quiet and very powerful for its size. I rarely use it on anything more than the lowest speed.
