(More customer reviews)I saw these little egglings & instantly wanted them. And why would I not? They are cute, they come with their own little terra cotta plant holders and grow adorable little flowers or herbs. So I bought myself two - one of basil and another of mint. I cracked the little egg open, dripped in some water and waited. With in a couple of days, I saw tiny little sprouts. I gave them more water. Another couple of days and the sprout was even bigger. More water, more plant. Each plant is was of fine quality and grew quite large. I eventually had to plant them (egg & all) outside as they were getting too big for just the little egg. I was actually quite sad to not have them inside any longer.
These make a great gift for any plant lover especially a little kid. So I suggest you buy 4 or 5 - two or three to give and two or three to keep.
