(More customer reviews)Based on reviews of worm tea/worm castings on other sites I thought it would help remedy the fungus and fungus gnats living in my orchid's potting medium. I didn't want to spend a lot on product and shipping costs for something I've never used before, so I purchased Nature's Big Bud Worm Castings from Amazon. They say you get what you pay for, but in this case I got less. It is FAR less concentrated than competitive worm teas and was not effective on the fungus or fungus gnats. I re-potted the plant in sterile medium and after a few weeks fed it the worm castings - it promptly caused root rot. I have since re-potted again and stopped using the worm castings and my orchid is recovering. I would not recommend this product for use on indoor plants.
